Dear Betsy, we have had the best Cape week of our lives in your cottage. We loved staying there so thoroughly it seems pointless even to list the things we loved because there was nothing that was not wonderful. The house is so beautiful, the setting so stunning, and the spirit of the community so welcoming that we can't wait to return. Our boys made fast friends with neighbors in the other cottages and enjoyed themselves about as much as possible, as did we.

From the moment we entered this lovely rustic cottage, we felt at home. Not only was its Truro location ideal and idyllic, the interior was cozy, open, streamlined and well-appointed. The kitchen provided everything needed for comfort and sophisticated baking/cooking (toaster oven, waffle iron, french press, coffee maker, assorted seafood steamers, cake pans, pots, pans, serving dishes, cooking utensils). Using Betsy's exquisite pottery serving dishes and mugs made dining at home feel both elegant and homey. I miss my morning mug of tea by the bay! Betsy also provided a little cooler for bringing snacks and beverages to the beach. Beach chairs were also provided. Our young daughters enjoyed the independence afforded by the beach and Pamut River's proximity. While neighboring cottages are physically close, we rarely heard other visitors during our stay. After sunset, cottage guests are quiet, which is helpful with younger children. The property was clean and well-maintained, Betsy provided quick answers to our questions as well as plenty of Cape Cod travel guides, and I have already recommended this cottage to friends. We look forward to our next summer's visit.

My stay at the cottage could not have been lovelier. This is by far the most special and picturesque place to stay on the Cape. The cottage itself provides a wonderful space to cook, read, and relax, always with the peaceful sense you're not far from the ocean. The view from the porch is extraordinary and the access to the beach makes you feel like it's your own. All these things will keep me coming back for as long as possible. Not to mention I'll be dreaming about it all year.
